Work Scope:

• Mobilization & De-mobilization of all the equipment / tools / manpower and other resources required for replacement of the pipeline section.
• Decommissioning of pipeline, supply of nitrogen (Liquid Nitrogen tank and complete accessories like pump, hoses, etc) for purging, cleaning with pig (multiple pig runs), cutting the pipeline section & removal etc.
• Fabrication, Testing, Laying, Alignment, Welding & Hydrotesting of Pipeline Joints for replacement of pipeline section.
• NDT/Inspection for replacement of pipeline section.
• Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning, gauging run and assistance to start-up of new facilities. Supply of Nitrogen, Pigs, achieving of dew point as per DGS requirement for replacement of pipeline section.
• Removal of existing corroded section of pipeline by cold cutting method.
• Removal of existing sand by hand excavation of 1.5 mtr. depth and 50mts. long.
• Excavation for safe cutting / removal of pipeline.
• Backfilling of the excavated area as per SOW & GASCO DGS.
• Reinstatement of the area after completion of replacement of pipeline section.
• Supply of spools for fabrication & replacement of MP Gas Pipeline section
